During your stay :
- Turn off the lights when you leave the apartment.
- To protect the environment, do not use more towels than necessary.
- Don't leave garbage in the hallway or under the stairs, and don't throw it out of the window.
- Public corridors and stairways may not be obstructed or used for purposes other than entering and leaving the apartments.
-All skiing and snowboarding equipment must be stored in a special locker or on the bacon/terrace if no ski locker is available.
- Tenants must maintain the apartment in a condition that does not create a fire or health hazard, including repulsive odors.
- Tenants are responsible for the behavior of their guests. A violation of house rules by a guest will be treated as a violation by that tenant.
- Tenants are responsible for their valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings in the apartment, parking lot or communal buildings (ski/bike room, etc.).
- Children are not allowed to play in public corridors or stairways.
- Tenants are required to provide access to their apartment so that repairs can be carried out. Tenants will be notified as soon as possible when repairs are scheduled.
- Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekends. During these hours, tenants may not listen to loud music, operate heavy machinery or make noises that might disturb their neighbors.
- Before you leave: We expect the apartment to be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
- Dishes must be washed, dried and stored in the cupboard.
- For early morning departures, you can leave the dishwasher running.
- Please let us know before you leave if anything is broken or not working during your stay. - All garbage must be securely bagged and disposed of in the garbage cans.
- Sheets (pillowcases, sheets, comforter covers) must be removed and deposited in the bathroom.
